You agree to use this Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of this Platform. Prohibited behavior includes:

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment for services is required before project commencement. Pricing is transparent and clearly stated at the time of purchase. Refund policies are determined by the package purchased and are detailed during checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You own all intellectual property rights to the application code and deliverables produced by MAXIMUS AI. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, platforms, and methodologies used in the development process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAXIMUS AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Termination

MAXIMUS AI may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Modifications to Terms

MAXIMUS AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this state.
